1. Original artworks

Each original artwork is unique. Please review all product details, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order.

If an original artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at authistical.art@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• your order number
• clear photographs of the artwork
• clear photographs of the packaging
• clear photographs of the shipping label
• a brief description of the issue

If your claim is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, offer an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement where possible, or a refund.

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for original artworks due to:

• change of mind
• personal preference
• framing or sizing expectations
• the work not fitting the intended space
• minor colour differences caused by screen or device display

2. Prints and editions made to order

All prints and editions sold through this store are made to order.

For that reason, once production has begun, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for:

• change of mind
• incorrect customer choice of size, finish, or variant
• minor colour differences caused by screen or device display

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [your email address] within 14 days of delivery and include:

• your order number
• clear photographs of the item
• clear photographs of the packaging
• clear photographs of the shipping label
• a brief description of the issue

If your claim is confirmed, we will normally offer a replacement first. If a replacement is not possible or appropriate, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

3. Cancellations

Original artworks

Cancellation requests for original artworks may be accepted only before dispatch. Once an original artwork has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Prints and made-to-order items

Because prints and editions are produced on demand, cancellation is possible only before production begins. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Authorised returns

No item may be returned without prior authorisation.

If we authorise a return, the item must be returned:

• in its original condition
• in its original packaging where possible
• with any protective materials included
• using a tracked shipping method if requested

If a return is authorised because the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will inform you of the return procedure and any reimbursement of return shipping costs where applicable.

5. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

We may wait to process a refund until:

• the returned item has been received, or
• you have provided proof of return shipment, where applicable

Original shipping charges are refundable only where required by law or where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable except where required by law:

• made-to-order prints and editions
• custom or personalised items
• commissioned artworks
• items returned without prior authorisation
• items damaged after delivery through improper handling, storage, framing, or misuse

7. Colour and image disclaimer

We make every effort to display artworks and prints as accurately as possible. However, colours and tones may vary slightly depending on screen settings, device type, lighting conditions, and production methods. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to defective goods and, where applicable, the right of withdrawal.
