This policy places dignity and remembrance at the centre of value. Art is more than possession: it is a vehicle for cultural memory, mutual respect, and social continuity. Each contribution helps sustain new works and the living remembrance of those whose stories might otherwise fade. Through this reciprocity, art continues—beyond ownership—into shared purpose and enduring compassion.
Each artwork by Bogdan Jensen (Authistical Art) embodies a living connection between creator, collector, and culture. As a work appreciates over time, the artist who gave it life should share in that growth.
This policy is designed to foster continuous support for remembrance projects and social initiatives by and for autistic individuals. In the event of the artist’s death, all resale royalties will be redirected to the foundation, NGO, or charitable organisation designated in his testament, dedicated to neurodivergent creativity and the memory of marginalised victims.
Collectors are kindly asked to notify the artist upon resale. This supports transparent provenance and preserves the work’s historical continuity within the wider story of Authistical Art.
Where resale occurs via a gallery or auction house, the institution is requested to withhold and transfer the royalty directly to the artist or, where applicable, the appointed foundation. Private collectors are invited to honour the same principle voluntarily, reinforcing fair and enduring recognition.
A 10% royalty is due upon any resale of the work, public or private, regardless of jurisdiction, payable within 30 days of the transaction to Bogdan Jensen – Authistical Art (payment details provided on the certificate of authenticity or upon request). It applies to: (a) original artworks, (b) limited editions (signed prints, wooden panels), and (c) digital/NFT derivatives linked to the originals. Where mandatory local law grants higher artist royalties, that higher standard prevails.
